Milestone Providers announced today the approval of their life settlement provider licenses in the states of Hawaii and Montana. Milestone is the first life settlement provider licensed in the state of Hawaii after the revisions made in June of this year to Hawaii’s life settlement statute. Milestone received the Montana provider license earlier in the week, and is now able to transact business in 40 states, including non-regulated states.
